Whistleblower Protection - Internal Reporting Office

Would you like to report concerns or a specific violation regarding the legality of certain business transactions or conduct? You are welcome to use our internal reporting office, which offers you a secure, confidential - or even anonymous - way to communicate. You need not fear any retribution if you submit a report:

Any information submitted will be treated confidentially. This is done in accordance with the law. We do not tolerate reprisals or retaliation against whistleblowers.

However, persons who intentionally or through gross negligence submit incorrect reports are not subject to whistleblower protection.

All reports are treated confidentially and carefully checked. Corrective action will be taken where necessary. It may be necessary to ask further questions.

Submission of Information/Reports

Please make your report as specific as possible so that it can be processed and investigated appropriately.

You can use the W questions as a guide: Who? What? When? Where? How?

Who? Who is involved? Who may have committed a violation? Who is affected? You do not have to disclose your identity - however, this may facilitate the processing.

What? What happened? What breach of the law do you suspect? Further information may also be required in the course of the process. The internal reporting office ensures anonymous or confidential communication afterwards.

When? When did the events described take place. Date and time if possible.

Where? Country, location, plant, department, office, place of misconduct.

How? Describe what you observed as precisely as possible. How did the persons involved behave?
